Pneumatic Quick Couplings
Pneumatic Quick Couplings, also referred to as single shut-off (SSO) couplings, are typically used in compressed air applications to connect air tools, equipment and hoses. Additional applications include other gases and low pressure liquids. Parker pneumatic couplings are offered in a wide range of interchanges, sizes, materials, ports and other options to satisfy most every pneumatic application. Pneumatic Industrial Interchange NipplesParker Industrial Interchange Nipples are for use with any 20, 30, E-z-mate, HF, RF Series, and Universal Coupler. They also interchange with nipples from other quick coupling manufacturers conforming to MIL-C4109 or ANSI/(NFPA) T3.20.14-1990.
Industrial Interchange Nipples
General Purpose Quick Couplings General purpose couplings are designed to mate with interchanges common in industrial, automotive and instrumentation markets. They are typically used for connection to pneumatic tools and equipment. Parker's offering includes a range of products from rugged, economical manual-connect couplings to feature packed push-to-connect couplings. Most are available with a variety of ports including male and female pipe, standard hose barb and Push-Lok barbs.

Special Purpose Quick Couplings Parker's Tool-Mate Standard couplings are lightweight, easy to operate, and non-marking with easy, push-to-connect action. Constructed of Polymide material; springs, balls, and pins are stainless steel. Locking fingers are made of Polyacetate. Industrial interchange and RF Series Interchanges are available.
Standard Type
Tool-mate
Exhaust Type Parker's E-z-mate Exhaust coupling is designed to connect and disconnect at zero pressure by incorporating a secondary valve sleeve. The valve sleeve allows trapped internal pressure to be exhausted prior to disconnect thereby eliminating hose whip. Couplers meet ISO 4414 specification to allow trapped pressure to be vented prior to disconnection. Parker's Tool-Mate Exhaust couplings are lightweight, easy to operate, and non-marking with easy, push-to-connect action. Constructed of Black Polymide material; springs, balls, and pins are stainless steel. Locking fingers are made of Polyacetate. E-z-mate Tool-Mate
Double Shut-off Parker's DM Series offer double shut-off valving and push- to-connect operation in a small envelope size. They are constructed of nickel plated brass and are available in 1/8" body size only.
DM Series
Breathing Air Parker's CJ series is designed for use on Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) or other applications where an integral sleeve lock and connection integrity are of primary importance.
CJ Series
